Thinking about how much fun it might be riding the CT70 in the snow with those huge ole tires.
Thoughts?
I am game. I am having troubles starting my 70. I have not touched it much since I got it, but could not get it to fire off Monday.

Anyone want my parts razz? kicks over and all. Real rough. 50 clams to anyone in this thread. I don't want it anymore. I will keep the motor/hard parts and scrape the rest othewise

CT70 alert already tagged. Not mine.

Did it sputter at all on startup? those small CC motors are very prone to being lean as teh weather cools. I had to raise my needle and turn the idle mxture screw out some to richen it up. but mine is a 125 china motor.

Same guy I bought mine from. That is a nice looking bike as well. IIRC that did not have papers, but his add is saying it does. He must have been hoarding these for years and is now making bank on them. He has piles of seats he redoes and had 3 or 4 complete runners when I picked mine up. Said he sold over 10 that month alone! Not bad cheddar there

I'll tinker with it some this weekend. It barely sputters at all.

I may email him to see if he has a leftover seat. Not sure the stocker would work anymore with the battery mod I did. Might be worth a redo though is the seat was cheap enough.

I have a supermoto too but Iowa doesn't have a curvy road. And the track in marshalltown is locked down.

I hate Iowa, should have looked into that job in Arizona!

The drift in my driveway is taller than my Jeep with 285/75-16's. A 3 inch lift is worthless in this stuff!

I would take pictures but my camera is at the boy's place!

Is it Spring yet?

I put some crash bars on my KLR last week. My snowmobile is slowly coming together, it might be running by March!!!! by then I'll be wanting to go dual sporting.

I pulled the sled out of my father-in-laws barn. Been tweaking it, mostly the carb and fuel pump. A real gem, it falls in line with your CT70, 1976 Moto Ski.

That is kickass! I would dump it within 10' and every 5' thereafter.
