Here was my route today. ~138 miles along the Iowa River, all pavement due to the street tires (Conti Motion) on my Uly.

Right on! We originally planned to show up first thing Friday, so we could do the cruise. But, looks like we will probably do our usual banzai run down and back on Saturday. Grab me and say hi if you see me. I want to run the track with the diesel...

Arkansas Earthday 500

Just a reminder that the Arkansas 500 is coming up next weekend. This is three days of great back country two tracks.

yeah. From what I remember, the road on the north side of the river going into the Amanas is pretty nice, but I hadn't been in this particular area before.

Just did that with the Triumph! Sort of helps when I have a quarter mile of brand new gravel from me house to the black top. Think I saw 80 the other day...

the back roads in florida are sand... 100+mph is always fun

you'll probably just jump around and glance at the video. take s a bit before i get to the sand roads, and i was videoing it with a demo pair of sunglasses with a camera built into them. they face down a bit in my helmet so sometimes all you see is ground... but even over the wind noise you can hear alot of spooling up when its banging gears on the sand.

Oh, I know, That was after a 100 mile Gravel Run put on last year by a local offroad club. However, I toasted 2 rear tires last year either on sharp rocks or other crap laying in the road.

Does anyone on here go to the "Gathering on the Grounds". It's a motorcycle/car night every Tuesday night in the spring/summer at the Iowa State Fair Grounds. It is a free event.
