I don't know yet whether or not I'll need help moving, but anybody who can help me figure out how to get my V65 motor back in the frame can help me drink my Fin du Monde (Fin du Magna?)

Didn't make it, turned out one of the grad parties started @ 6:00PM :(

Was a perfect night for racing & spectating though.

It was a perfect night for racing. The track was a little dry, had some dust issued but the breeze blew away from the grand stands so it wasn't too bad.

Here's a question for ya Ray, are there speed limits on gravel roads? Can't recall ever seeing one posted. Is it more of a reasonable/prudent thing that they'd get you on? What about B Levels?

Yes Chris would like to know. I think I was ticketable yesterday, can't contain myself in the great wide open.

Yes there are limits, I would have to look them up... Same goes for non posted residential areas.

I'm planning on doing some riding after work later this week...Time to find some happy riding grounds...

From the Iowa Driver's License Manual:

The following general limits have been set:
20 mph in any business district;
25 mph in a residential district or school district;
45 mph in any suburban district, or for any vehicle pulling another vehicle unless it was designed for that purpose;
50 mph on unsurfaced secondary roads from sunset until sunrise, and for all trucks on secondary roads at any time of day;
55 mph on all primary roads, urban interstate highways and secondary roads, including unpaved roads from sunrise to sunset; and
70 mph on rural interstate highways.

So, it looks like 55 during the day, 50 @ night.

I might be up for a ride in the evening this week. Don't think I have too much going on.
