Wow I wish I was there now. Strap the ice axe and crampons on the back of the bike and head up into the hills for some mountaineering. Now that would be a dream. Hope your keeping well DickyB.

Went out with the kids today. Adnan tried out the underground bike park.....







Bayram was nonplussed....







The less compassionate amongst us could feel their ribs being tickled......








Adnan emerged unscathed. Something was tickling his ribs too.........

Zeki went out big game hunting but first had to wrestle his prize to the ground.............. He managed Better head off to the bike wash.............. and wring 'em out...... Cheers, Dickyb

Burkhard is back in town. Time for a bike ride. Adnan took his for a walk







until he got tired






and then started to kick the living daylights out of it. Point to note. Kick start = shit start!









Mehmet jumped on and applied his usual finesse









which impressed the man of stahl no end








Unfortunately Mehmets exertions caused his eyes to fall out







Should improve his riding then and maybe he'll be able to keep both wheels on the ground.






I half-heartedly checked my toolkit for optical spares. Nothing doing chum









A little while later we stumbled across the first sign of Spring









Mehmet wanted to eat it but couldn't see it









Burkhard wanted to claim it for the Fatherland

Burkhard wanted a bike building. Cem bought a job lot of ex Polis bikes






and some bits. Not sure what the Yamaha engine is doing in the box









Then he set to work








A couple of hours later, and with help from his four-legged spanner man Indiana, you can begin to see the results of Cem's magic


















Should be finished by the time the kettle's boiled

Mehmet is a young bloke who restores and sells BMW's in Antalya Here he is with a tasty 1976 R60/6 despite what it says on the engine block






He's got a few old singles in for attention












Anyway, he dressed the old girl up and I bought her







and a car load of spares







The wife promised to leave home if I bought another bike. Better find another chick on the way home then Sorted

I left the youngsters to frolic and popped down to one of my favorite spots. Mmm, that'll do
