Ford van rear heater/air conditioner

(Hey DD yes please nuke the blather)

I just got a 2009 Ford E250 cargo van and it has a rear heater/air conditioner. I need to remove the ac unit to make more room for a camper conversion. The van only has 1000 miles on it so the unit is cherry. If anybody wants it let me know and you can have it for the cost of removal and shipping/delivery (need to have an A/C shop remove the freon and seal up the system). There is freon and coolant piping and it is all coming out and can be saved for re-use.

Could be used as parts donor or could add to cargo van (maybe). I don't know if has the same parts as the passenger van.

It's in Kennewick, WA. Can deliver to Portland area or Gorge cheap/free.

2005 Ural Patrol for sale - Salem Oregon $8200

You folks may know what this is, let me list the non-stock items:
1) Raceway reverse shifter
2) Mr. Cob skid plate
3) Mr. Cob left footpeg mod with engine Z-brace available (See below)
4) '06 Air box ('05 had top hole - very bad)
5) American Cycle windshield
6) Dual spots on bar (under main light)
7) Gold pinstriping - very nice on the Green patrol
8) Red dragon on side car - high quality UV-proof decal, unblemished on right side, one small wrinkle on left (driver) side
9) New Duro tires all the way around
10) New exhausts going on this week
11) New Duro tires going on this week
12) <1K on front brake pads
13) Battery Tender connection
14) Available Ducati ignition ready for installation (never installed - bought from other Soviet Steed member) - you pay shipping from Seattle to Salem Oregon or wherever you want
15) Molex ignition connector already replaced
16) Soft foam grips
17) New side car seat and seat back (I kept my old Rich Maund side-car seat and seat back)
18) Almost new bench seat (I kept my old Rich Maund bench seat and put back on the original almost un-used one)
19) Stock Patrol tractor seats available (your shipping cost, not currently installed)
20) Close-in low-profile turn signals (no big stalk sticking out to break off)
21) Full 8-piece set of well-used but servicable and clean grey Rich Maund carpet, that's the trunk (bottom and sides), by the seat (left and right), the floor, and the nose (both sides).
22) New sidecar nose luggage rack

Here's BEFORE the washing and polishing and BEFORE the new seats (seats shown are not included, those are Rich Maund seats, the seats in the beast are new stock seats) Note also that the hack windshield and main windshield are back on now (I ride without them and so they're in fine shape):

Some folks have seen this bike around, it's not one of those bikes where you read "never rode in rain" (in Seattle that would be never rode  ). It has been "always garaged" if by that you mean parked in my garage at night. It has always been on a battery tender and it starts right up. It has been ridden on and off road, on highways and byways, at rallies and forest roads, in rain and in snow.

This bike has been ridden the way I think a Ural Patrol was meant to be, off-road. The stock pontoon mufflers got beat to heck and gone (and knocked off) following on some of Mr. Cob's local "easy" trips. That's why she's getting new mufflers. She's done the Black Dog (Mt Hood Oregon) several times and I've ridden her in Moab (where the pontoons were also knocked off). The left-side valve-cover stud was knocked askew (bent slightly) on a trail in Moab, I had it bent back and then screwed it in the reverse direction (the stud don't care) and drove with it for another 1500 Km. Raceway Services in Salem is checking that stud now, although I experienced no oil leakage from it.

All of the '05's are 750 ccs, have the Brembo disk brake, and the cush drive for the alternator (which has apparently greatly reduced the alternator gear breakage problem). Some folks think the '07 is the magical year, certainly the Ducati ignition (included but not installed) and herzog gears in the tranny are all fine and well. Some '05s have had the interrupter (?) ignition part break, this one is stock although the Molex Hall effect sensor connection has been removed and replaced with a more vibration-proof bullet-style slip-on (soldered) connections.

I've spent the last few weekends going over every inch of the the entire body searching for rusty metal, Right now she's looking real good, although I don't have complete pictures of her after the final washing because I hadn't had the time to put the new seats back in before Raceway Services in Salem Oregon delivered my new Gear Up and took Olga down to Salem for a check-up and to install the new tires.

It has about 17,800 km or about 11,200 miles. You can arrange to see it and talk to Jim about it at Raceway Services, (if he hasn't sold it yet). 1-877-850-9982

Here's last year after a day at the Black Dog Rally (Mt Hood Oregon):

Here's one of the tub with the seat out showing the just-finished search for rust (and the velcro for the carpet):

Here's a shot of the Mr. Cob footpeg mod and engine brace, note the dirt-bike teeth welded on a new bar and the loop for keeping your feet where you want them when going through rough and muddy terrain. Note also this was BEFORE cleaning. Raceway is putting a regular footpeg on this now, but you can have him put it back on, or I'll get it back after it sells.

Here's the Mr. Cob skid pan (note that there is still some rust on that and on the exhaust pipes):

I'm letting Jim Petite at Raceway Services show the bike and handle the sale, he can do local delivery (up to Seattle even). You can PM or email me.

Garmin 300C DF/FF $189 Plus shipping

New in the box, never opened Garmin 300C depth finder& Fish Finder. I was going to install it in a boat I owned and have since sold the boat. This cost me over $250 plus shipping. I can take a picture of the box if you like, but a simple search on Amazon will show you everything you need to know as well as reviews:

"The Garmin Portable Fishfinder 300C is equipped with a high performance sonar receiver and has a super bright, high resolution 3.5-inch QVGA color display with an easy-to-use interface, plus UltraScroll; for screen updates at live-action speeds. This system performs especially well in shallow water with wide coverage due to the inclusion of dual beam transducer. Some other features of this Garmin color fishfinder include: 150 watts (RMS) 1200 watts (peak to peak) power output, automatic sonar sensitivity via Auto Gain setting, simultaneous weak and strong returns via See-Thruฎ technology, round flasher display mode, whiteline shows you bottom thickness, 2X and 4X automatic and manual zoom Battery voltage indicator. Single NMEA-0183 output"

K2 x-15 and K2 Missle skis

The K2 x-15 (188CM)are first generation shapes with adjustable stiffness race bindings. They are in wonderful shape. Edges are sharp and bottoms a great. I would like $150 for these

K2 Missiles (195CM)-These are old school straight skis with perfect bindings and bases-I think I skied on these maybe 5 times. $100. See pictures below

V-Strom 650 Seat, and Dana Designs Backpack

1) $30: Brand new, flawless V-Strom 650 seat for sale. I paid $30 from a local, intending to 'Radioman' it into something better for long-range riding. I haven't even begun the project. Do it yourself, or replace your ratty, faded, or too-tall V-Strom 1000 seat (the 650 foam is 1" lower).

The 650 and 1000 pans are identical. If you're riding a 1000 and wish for 1" less saddle height, here's your ticket.
I'll deliver within the Puget Sound basin, or meet as you're willing to arrange. Shipping is insane due to the box dimensions.

If you need a picture, you likely don't need this seat. It's the black one, OEM on V-Stroms.

2) $100: Dana Designs "Arcflex Terraplane" internal frame backpack. I bought this in Montana (the company was in Bozeman back then) as its frame system and suspension are dreamy and all-day, all-week comfortable. If you've ever suffered under a poorly-fitted pack, this one will amaze you. Bend the aluminum stays to your back profile, and they transfer the cargo load to your hips as a premium backpack should.
*edit to add: the pack frame is size L, and the waist belt is also size L. I'm 6'-3" with a 34"-36" waist. This L frame will accommodate persons between 5'-10" to 6'-6". You can get other belts, too. It's a fairly modular system.* (thx, astute reader, for the prompt to include sizing info!)

It has been a stellar pack— when I've used it. Which, in recent years, is never. It was primarily my winter backpack and it handled the bulkier gear well. It's in very good condition; the zippers zip, the buckles buckle, and the straps strap. It's made of heavy red Cordura, with a 1000-denier black base. The top cover provides ample rain protection, and the two external tubes are great for quick access to your bottle of hooch. Daisy chain webbing down the middle for clipping small gear, or as a supplement to the haul loop at the top.

Also, it has ski pouches on both flanks, in internal horizontal divider in the base for your sleeping bag/tent, or skunky gear. Axe loops if you're that kind of nutjob.
It's a pretty bitchin' pack. I think its full volume is around 7,000 c.i., but I'd wager it to hold about 4 million ping pong balls by the magazine tester's method. Or a quartered deer. Or a massive amount of weed. Or a V-Strom seat.

Again, delivery within the same range as for item #1.

$125 for both, if you wish to pack a V-Strom seat to your fave locale and rest your tired ass. Think about it.

That Sikk is sick. At this point though a trials bike makes a little more sense for our garage. Not that anything really makes sense in our garage.
