FS Aerostich Roadcrafter

FS:

Aerostich Roadcrafter 2 piece. 46S Jacket, 44R Pants

Grey with Black Ballistics

Here is a barely worn (the velcro is not even tugging, piling, whatever you call it when velcro gets used moderately) Aerostich two piece Roadcrafter. You know what it is.

Never crashed, spilled on, leaked on, kneeled down on one knee in the parking lot in, smoked in. It has been stored in a dry cool closet, never seeing the light of day for the last 3 years, and only seen the light of day perhaps 15 days a year, for the previous 7 years. There are no abrasions, worn threads, funny smells, stains, zipper wear, or water damage.

When I say near new, it is as new as used gets. Think used motorcycle with 300 miles on it. That kind of used.

It has only seen the cushy life on a Goldwing 1800, so it has not even seen a bug strike.

The build date is 5/12/1993.

I am asking $650. Or something like that.

Will ship CONUS

It is located in Portland, OR, and so am I.

2008 KLR 685 ... trade for URAL

My wife begrudges the fact that I sold our great URAL over the winter ... and now I've got to get another one.

Looking to trade or sell outright ...

2008 KLR. These 2008s had a problem with burning oil. I solved it for my bike this winter with a Schnitz 685 kit. Runs great, much less vibrations and a bit more roll-on power throughout each gear. The bike has 21k miles on it and the 685 now has 600 miles on it. The break-in process followed to the "t". These have great reports and are something I wish I had done on the other KLRs I've owned.

Farkles:
  • Caribou luggage system (1 key locks/unlocks all 3 Pelican cases and also unlocks the case from the rack)
  • Doohickey done
  • Skidplate
  • Highway pegs
  • Engine Crash Bars (the tall ones)
  • Lower links
  • Stainless reusable oil filter
  • Centerstand
I'm looking for a Ural or a comparative hack.

I'd also sell the KLR outright for $4300.

PM or Email me for more pics.

And NO, the sheepskin aint part of the package!!!

I have two long-shaft motors that would be excellent for the above boat. It will be about a month before I am ready to sell one of them however.

Both two stroke, both with new fuel lines, carb cleaning, and new gearcase oil. Both compression checked with quick-rising compression.

1997 Yamaha 4hp with integrated tank (and option to use external) - Cosmetic shape is good but not excellent; some evidence of light use in salt water - $500

1989 Suzuki 6hp (twin) with OE external tank, manuals, and numerous NOS parts just replaced. Never used in salt water, amazing cosmetic shape. New plugs. New impeller and all gaskets. Receipts. Original MSO. Evidence that it was used very little. Smooth and quiet. I would take this motor any day over a brand new Tohatsu single cylinder four stroke even if they were the same price. I would keep it forever, but I really like the integrated tank of the 4hp for use on my sailboat, even though this motor is better looking, smoother, quieter, and a lot more powerful. - $675

Need some welding work

I am looking for someone on the west side of Portland, or better yet, in Washington County, that does welding work.

It is a small job on 3/16" thick carbon steel (not on a bike).

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks
