If the link doesn't work, go to d2moto.com and search for KLR pegs. I have them on my Wee and like 'em a lot.

Ouch, they are more expensive than I thought. $29.90 for the pair

IIRC there was a discount code for a little while, maybe that's what I was thinking of. But yeah, those are the pegs I was talking about Easy-Z. The touratech pegs are better, but they are also 3.5x as much dough. I'm not made of money like DreadPirateKermit.

I am confused. I see $14.95 for pegs (plural) and appears it includes "left and right" pegs. Am I just missing some fine print? Looks like $14.95 for the pair.

And these just bolt up on the Wee?

Thanks

Oh, okay. I assumed I was misreading that. Guess it is cheaper than I thought.

Yep. And the big brother, since they are virtually identical (I've swapped pegs between the 1k and 650).

I'm working on a solution. There's a good chance of a title in its future.

I agree that it's a screwed up system.

No question, rubber pegs suck on a Dual Sport. But before you spring for the cheap IIRC pegs, check to make sure they're not cast aluminum. Some reports of cast ones failing when 'up on the pegs.' You can buy OEM DR650 high quality steel pegs from any dealer that'll fit a Strom (for about $35). Great grip in the wet and they aren't as wide as the excellent but expensive IMS pegs, so your big brogans will still let you shift OK.
Jus' sayin' . . .

If this fits a DRZ400, I want it. I'll send a PM.

I've got two Dunlop Trailmax tires, used, about 50%. Sorta like the Metzeler Sahara, kinda. 130/80 17 and 90/90 21. Free for local pickup in North Central Washington.
Also selling my Joe Rocket jacket, red & black men's XL Meteor 4 with liner. I'd like $125 for it. Never been down, all it's had on it are bugs and dust. Will ship, but it's bulky so figure expensive.
Have pics of all.

Items for Sale

Hi guys, I've got the following items for sale:

Joe Rocket Jacket - Size XL - $75.00
New condition, comes with quilted Liner. I've only worn this jacket a couple of times on the street. I am 6'4" tall and weight 230lbs. The Jacket fits me perfect, except for the neck opening is a too tight for my fat neck. It comes with hard armor in the Shoulders, Back and Elbows.

Touratech rear Mudguard extension - $10.00
This is used and has 4 extra holes srilled in it. It's in good shape and pretty clean.

Leo Vince SBK Exhaust for a BMW R1100GS - SOLD
This came off of my 1999 R1100GS, and is in nice shape. I am unsure of how many miles are on the pipe, but the packing is solid and it has a nice tone. It was just a bit louder than I like. It includes the Sound Insert, which quiets the pipe down a little.

BestRest Tool Plate Solo - SOLD
I bought this thinking I would use it, but I haven't. It is brand new, and has only been fitted to the bike in my garage. It comes with the Hex Key, and the Pouch with a small plastic container.

Please contact me by Cell phone at 206-730-4789 or PM me on the boards here, or both.

Thanks

Free Tires

I forgot to add this to my other post. I've got a set of Stock Trailwings off of my 2005 DR650 for free. They have at least 1500 miles on them. I switched over to TKC80's. They are in good shape with no damage that I am aware of. I can send pictures if needed. See sizing below:

Front: 90/90-21 54S
Rear: 120/90-17 64S

Contact me at 206-730-4789 or PM me on the boards.
Thanks,
