Because riding 4-up is fine for around town but not for going 1500miles to visit the brother-in-law in CA.

My suspension is a bit compressed when it's all tied down like in the photo.

I'll bet if you compress your forks and rotate your bars down yours would fit.

Getting my KLR thru the door is tough but it can be done by following above procedure.

We also had to carry several pontoon boats, lots of fishing stuff and many beers. Probably could have pulled it off without the beer, but...well, you know. The Colorado River is on the other side of the tracks.

Sheesh! Isn't this sort of like saying "Post a photo of the time you took the homeliest girl in high school to the prom"? The shame of it all!

But I'll bite, just to show that my bikes have known their weak moments. This was on the way home with my new Gold Wing. After riding it 6800 miles from the dealer, I had to pick up my van and trailer in Haines and get them the rest of the way home.

Here's another one. I had been challenged to get four bikes to Calexico from TN - but with only two riders to get them there. Leebob and I hauled four bikes to meet up with Ibarra and Gypsyrider....
