I knew this particular SN Moto Guzzi Eldorado when it was brand new in 73. One of my best friends dad bought this and we all thought it was bad a$$ when I was 13. I reconnected with his father after the death of my friend and got to talking motorcycles one day and I bought the bike. Hasn't run in over 10 years and was in FL for awhile but I plan to bring it to a single seat stock configuration. Has cop floor boards, pipes and bars. He painted the tank to match his green Ford Gran Torino.
![]() ![]() "Looks like this now: ">Cool old brochures of the Eldo: "> ![]() "> ![]() Just finished with the overhaul of the carbs tonight... When it's done I'd like it to look like the black Eldo 850 on Cycle Garden's web site!

I used words similar to those. I have never seen a uni as bad as that one.
The bike normally looks something like this.

Man this is a great thread.
I'm leaving to go on a super secret mission Sunday to check out a LeMans lll. I'm so stoked. Hopefully I'll have something to contribute here soon.

Maybe. What you don't see every day is. The uni has been so hot that it has burnt the paint off the swing arm.
