I was coming back from what I tagged and took a little detour on Howard Chapel Road between Damascus Road & Jennings Chapel Road and decided that this little road was better than what I tagged, so here you go - 2 miles of canopied bliss - a Gores Mill Road redux.

The tag shot is the small bridge. If you come in on Jennings Chapel Road, run it all the way to 650 - it's a nice little piece of road. If you tag it near lunchtime, the gas station in Sunshine (650 & 97) has a very good cheeseburger.

Beautiful. Think I got the grab.

There were a lot of bicyclists enjoying the shade. My phone didn't have 3G until I drove back the the park-n-ride lot south of 97 & 70

I heard the hammering of what must have been a large woodpecker.

Off of Rt 40 National Pike in Hagerstown West of 63 and 81. I got this from an MD 20-20 rally bonus listing and didn't see it on the tag-o-rama map as already used.

The road where I parked is open 24/7, but the park is not.
