Rh problem with the original Multistrada was that they stole the design brief for the GS1200

This looks much better from the front.

Maye its the GS1200 style bike the comics have been talking about.

They're not seemingly making any mistakes on this bike so far, it appears sensibly to be fitted with a wet clutch in this photo. These S model test mules seem to be sporting usd Ohlins forks larger in diameter than the routine 43mm, a serious benefit with tall forks on a loaded high speed sport tourer.

Hopefully they'll explore it's behavior when overloaded with luggage combinations, in "worse case senario" handling tests, rather than merely testing them with Gucci sized touring cases...

I would suspect the first release of this exciting new model in both standard and upscale S series, to be followed down the road with others in a modular build series design. Perhaps including the sohc two valvers, if the air cooled design format is viable enough in the long run, with tightening emission standards...

This high end flag waver, certainly has the potential of being a very successful addition to Ducati's range and possibly only the first of several, using a modular build approach.

The bike has not even been released yet. HTF would you know that it's "less capable" than a Multi?

It seem that this drawing will be very close to the final version of the upcoming Ducati Strada Aperta..but the frame will be more similar to the solution seen on the new Monster and the rear seat more confortably than this one..
