Interesting features. Yes, I too like it better after the video. They should teach the narrator to say Testa Stretta, though.

I read a rumor somewhere that there's a "Rock" version that will be released later with better crash protection and a 19" front wheel (I think).

My biggest complaint with 17" tires is the fact that I've never had a set last longer than 3k miles. Furthermore, the bikes I owned had 120hp or less. I hate to think what 150 would do to rear tires. Maybe pressing the Urban mode button would help.

One of the reasons I bought the "ill handling 19" front tired Tiger" was to cut down on tire consumption. Except for regular Tourances, the rest have been a big fat FAIL at 2300-3k miles.

how you got that from the article. There is a US price listed elsewhere, so that makes no sense.

Understanding that the beak is the air intake point and that it is feeding a ram-air type system (taking air from a high pressure point) I will live with the beak.

You nailed it. The GS is a brilliant all-around motorcycle, and possibly up until now my vote for the best bike to own if you can only have one. The fact that BMW has convinced so many riders that the leviathan is a suitable off-road machine, particular in Adventure dress, just shows the power of BMW marketing.

The Ducati Multistrada 1200 will be available to buy in the UK in the Spring with deliveries expected in late March early April time.

Thats what I got out of this part of the artical. I haven't seen a US price list. why dont you share it with us!
