The GPS units will show this foot bridge as a real road over the river, but as you can see, it is not. The tag is from the Needmore Road side of the bridge in Swain County.

Go get it.

My GPS doesn't show a bridge there at all... But Google does... So now for the coin toss... Long ride or go to work... Oh and long ride wins... But sadly my Bank manager just called... So... Hi hoe hi hoe off to work I go!

Well the bridge could be a road for the bike. I have been on trails narrower than that.

Weight limit of 4 people?!?!?.......ok @800 lbs so that will hold you too. If you are on the wrong side just ride across.

Besides I did not see a sign that said no motorcycles.

Nice TAG I have not seen pictures of that before.

ok home sweet phreakshack

after Cracker Barrel Turkey Day turkey & ham plate

full belly

fire started in stove

hoping there's a cold beer or two downstairs, 'cause I ain't going back out tonite

rode a measly 245 miles today

out 64 to Highlands
back to Cashiers
up to Sylva
over to Franklin
back to Dillsboro for the Blue Ridge Internet Cafe

up to BRP and the gates were closed???
so SMEW to I-40 to Crackerbarrel
to Black Mt
down 9 to Old Fort Rd
and home the back way

got windy this afternoon
and cooled off

when the clouds blew in I coulda sworn I saw a flurry ...
did see a little cold rain

now let me locate the tag

and I'll go out & get in the hot tub and (hopefully) outside a cold Coors

and think about braving that wind tomorrow

I've gotten messed up following the gps right in there at least three times, I always wind up coming out on a bridge not much bigger than that on Rose Creek Rd.
