tDP, life is life. You got what it takes to make us all want to help you out in whatever ways we can.

So, when can I come be an apprentice in your jam shop while you heal? I got some GREAT ideas. I gotta run them by you while you're still morphine surfing, though. Can't have you with all of your faculties to decide.

I'm beginning to wonder if there would be a market for a radio/cell phone/XM jamming system for motorcycles with a 50 foot range. Turns on with the headlights, and jams the cagers' distractions when you're 50 feet or so away.

Damn Drivers!

Sorry to hear the news DP. Also am glad you wear the proper safety gear when riding. Get well soon, and don't fear hopping back in the saddle. It took me 2 months after my "get-off".

Yeah, from the photo and impact site, looks like someone failed to yield and pulled out in front of you. Heal fast and get back on the iron horse as soon as possible. Good luck and keep us all posted.

Dang!

TDP,

I have been a subscriber to this thread for months now and check in a few times a day.
Really sorry to see the carnage.

Heal up quickly and know that there are a lot of folks in cyberspace sending you good thoughts.

Bummer,

Hope you're fine and you have a fast recovery. Don't hesitate to consult a lawyer, so you can recover all your lost.

You know for some odd reason motorcycles are invisible to most cages.

Sorry about your accident... It's just amazing how you can be a good rider, responsible, and cautious, but then cars move into your lane, or cut you off, and bamm... It's good you were probably wearing all your protective gear... It's always upsetting to see a rider go down due to the stupidity of a driver... but I'm glad you seem to be "sort" of O.K (I guess it could have been worst). Wish you a speedy recovery! Thanks for all your post and good humor!
