WOW, another great group last night. More new faces and bikes. A few old faces, we have not seen in a while. Last night there was an early group that arrived at 6PM and then a later group that arrived around 7PM. We left around 8:30ish. The bike that got the most look last night was ......... my Road Star. It might have been the load roar when I arrived or all the shiny chrome. I still prefer my quiet, dirty GS but the girls like shiny things. Now for the minutes from last nights gathering.
1. Lets not screw up this week and lets make sure we get the HOT waitress. We did it right this week and got the Hot waitress. 2. So what are we going to eat - Gorgonzola Burgers and BEER !!!! ![]() 3. Gabriele shared a few new places to ride. Had to be there to find out. 4. After food the second group of guys showed up and order Gorgonzola Burgers and BEER !!!! ![]() 5. Why are taxes are not going to keeping our forest roads open. ![]() 6. Who killed the electric Car? ![]() 7. Places to camp. Meeting adjourned Lots of bugs out last night, so I had a second meal on the ride home. Thanks to everyone that showed up last night. See you next week. Drew 01 BMW R1150GS - BLUE 05 Yamaha Road Star - BLACK & WHITE |

Hump Day again. Last weekend Ruffryder, Gabriele and I explored North Bend. Ruffryder and Gabriele are great riders and know some great places to ride. Lucky for me they are strong too. They were able to lift my GS after I did not making it through a rocky area. I hate softball size rocks. Both my bike and I were fine. Anyway Tomorrow is Eastside Meet. The last few weeks there has been a great turn out. Lots of new faces and faces that we have not seen f or a while. I will be there around 6PM and looking forward to a beer and burger. Everyone is welcome.

NFD25 and NFD23 open? closed?
+1
great to meet you DirtApproach and Ydag, looking forward to some riding together- Hey Adrian, as mr. roadsnw.com I think you are the expert: do you know if NFD 25 and/or NFD 23 (from trout lake area to Randle) are open or when they will be? Could not find a site with the info...see y'all tomorrow- btw I'd like to do some riding Sat, and or Sun, strictly DS as my ankle is still less than right |

Testing the water
Or should I say dirt. Took the FS road up behind Snoqualame, a great ride. And nice to feel the 525 do it's dirt thing. The arm is much better but will never be up to the rigors of technical single track again. Just glad to be riding how ever I can tho! Are there any east siders that have Wed or Thu free? That's my week end. Hope to make the east side meet-up tomorrow, see ya later. Tom
