Another great turn out. I think we had 12 riders through out the night. Lots of bike and bike trip talk last night. It must be riding season!!! We had a few newbies and a few faces we have not seen since last year. Some of the old timers must have been riding yesterday why else would they miss MAG Thursday. Hope to see them next week.
Small World .... One of the Newbies (Bob, not sure of his adv handle)was also on the ride in Canada with me. I did not see him there. Bob is not a newbie to riding. I hope I am still able to ride at age 71. Something that came up last night was about posting rides on ADV. When you post a ride early in the week on ADV it gets lost with all the other post. So a thought would be to join the Meetup group and post stuff there. I know we have newbie to expert riders in the group, so if you do post on meetup I would suggest you post the type of ride. It is free to join meetup and if you have other interest you might find other groups on meetup. Here is the link for the meetup group. http://www.meetup.com/Dual-Sport/ ************************************************ This is not meant to be an advertisement for meetup but another way for riders to get together and ride because that is what it is all about. ************************************************** And finally the pictures Huzar new ride ![]() This picture was taken before everyone arrived. ![]() ![]() Until next week. I'll be there tomorrow night (not to scare anyone off). I'll probably be on the wife's bike again, as mine is down until throttle/intake issues are sorted out.
Probably be showing up a bit early, as I am going to show a gent I know (don't know if he's here on ADV) how to setup his new Garmin 60CSx. I'll go ahead and get some tables in the back pushed together if I'm there first.

umm, aren't you supposed to say formerly known as DrewTheRev?
I will be attending for show and tell. Lots of carnage last weekend. I guess you could say the Ruts took their toll. ![]() Oh and the new suspension was stellar.
