Took a few pics of the bike today and thought I'd compare it to when I bought it. So, here goes...

This is the day I brought it home. It's an 02 that I bought last year with a little over 300 miles on it.

And a couple shots from today, a year later, a few thousand miles and a bunch of tinkering.

Tons o' fun.

Here's my '02 that I picked up a few years ago. It served as primarily a trail bike for the first couple years, and has been doing commuter duty for the last two, as well. No major hauls yet, still need to add some farkles & accessories...

The only change I've really done is to try and break up the all-yellow color scheme of this model year. Conspicuous and camo all at the same time :)

Thanks man, sorta the look I'm going for...I sure ride it like I'm in mad max! Front wheel is 19x2.5", rear 17x3.5". Had some 17" excels but I sold them this spring to buy these.

Why did you switch to the 19" front over the 17"? I just bought a 19" front and am always looking for feedback.

Im running a 19x2.5 front and a stock 17 rear. Perfect for the type of riding i do.

Bought it with the 17's and honestly, I thought they were kinda overkill on the big girl. Fun around town but sacrificed most of offroad handling. So I went with the obvious compromise. Turned out spot on for the riding I do. Love how it handles on and off road. I'm building this as a sport/adventure/touring bike.

That bike is simply "CLEAN"
Makes me want to add another DR to the garage , would make the dirty girl that is parked there now jealous.
