That picture is rad. You've gotta share the location of that dead jet, that's awesome. Do you drop tire pressure when you head off road w/ those tires?

I should lower the pressure but I'm to lazy, just have to be a little more careful. The jets are just a tic south of Edwards AFB.. not to far from you easy to find..

Great find. I've heart about a plane graveyard out there but also heard it had been fenced off and shut off to the public. I'll give it a look, I ran angeles crest again recently since the 'full loop' has been open to wrightwood, I popped out at one point in palmdale and saw signs for Edwards AF base, I'll definetly check it out.

Are the stealths at Edwards too?!? We found this little spot off the PCH near oxnard.

Are those the black plastics that you can buy from procycle? Supermoto fender? What about the headlight?

That bike looks bomber IMO. I want.

I love that road! I found it while on a triumph bonneville and vowed to come back w/ a dual-sport. Bought my DR a few weeks later and it was the first road I headed to. Its so varied for whatever skill you are, a friend of mine went up w/ me on an XR600 and was going all over the place.... The pics below are from a run in Febuary on the stock tires, there was an epic battle between this large "puddle" and myself.... the "puddle" won many times, but I finally defeated it! ...... or something like that
