Such is the way of things in that snowy mess!

Grrr. And I'm dying to take the Bonneville out and test the new camshafts, but it will have to wait.

While wasting away some free time, I happened across some bikes that may go for cheap....

Purely FYI.

Glad you're having fun down there Prop. Just fyi, your going to want to add a yellow rose on the other pannier if you're going to ride that around in Texas. So when the Tiger shows up are you going to turn the KLR out to pasture down there?.

Looks like most items have a reserve. Usually means no bargain.

Yea, its probably not a safe place for me to waste time. I browse, and discover that I want to buy things that I didn't even know I wanted before I saw it....

Thanks for the advice - anything to keep body and soul together!

Don't know what the plan is for the KLR yet. I am at least intending to ride it back to Mn later this year. If I find that I just don't ride it much once the Tiger arrives, I'll sell it. But it makes for a good winter bike.

What color did you get? I'd keep it, seems the KLR is the perfect bike to dump, tip, slide, etc while you practice your dual sporting techniques.

What Colour Tiger? Black.

Lovely lovely. And I think you are quite right on using the KLR that way. That's the plan - not that I think I'll ever really become proficient at dual sporting, but whatever. I like bikes so I don't care.

Too bad the magically filling glasses didn't contain Surly instead of Bud/Bud-Light.

I just made kettle corn. Well, sort of. I made popcorn and put salt and superfine sugar on it.

Goes really well with bourbon on a cold night like tonight.

It doesn't go well with bourbon on warm nights then?
