As long as we're on the subject of Hardley bashing ...

On my way home past the HD stealership on 65 & 81st, I looked over at the flashing sign. What did it read?

NEW FALL FASHIONS!

I just shook my head ...

Fringe is where it's at!

This weekend I'll be piloting an HD Ultra Classic - a gazillion pounds of potato-potato - and I don't have a thing to wear!

Velcro some fringe to the Stitch to add to the confusion.

This was the only clip I found that won't ruin the movie for those that haven't seen it

I don't think even a 10 minute clip can ruin that movie since it has to be watched start to end to get it. Great movie and it's about the time of year when the movie takes place. I like waking up to the thunder on the DVD's title screen. The only reason not to buy the director's cut version, which has a harsh sound effect that is like waking to a bad hangover.

If you haven't seen it, do it. And if you need to buy it off the rack, you likely wouldn't regret it.

Laugh

Slap Shot

Was another movie we talked about.
So ,,, where did the mind go? Did you think about scoring?

Jim Carr: Here's a name for you nostalgia fans: Clarence "Screaming Buffalo" Swamptown. I'll never forget an exclusive interview in which Swamptown revealed that he calls his hockey stick the "Big Tomahawk," and he usually refers to the opposing players as "the little scalps"
