If the long ride tuckers you out, you need a riding suit.

Tell Gravy I bumped the party thread.

Figures. Soon you'll hate motorcycling entirely. Then you can focus on looking at flowers.

I'd like to thank Prop for leading the way down 23 and greatly increasing my MPG.......

I am unclear of your criticism. Was it too slow? We were a safe 5 to 10 mph over the speed limit the whole way.

We had seen several LEO's on the way up, so I felt this to be appropriate. You could have passed, of course. Or tried, anyway. Every time I sped up a little you seemed to drop behind, so it worked OK.

My mpg did pretty well too though.

DFC just thinks he is fast. I quickly lost him once on 35.

Slow or fast, as long as I am on the bike all is good.

Oh. Well, I do ride slow. I don't much care what anybody thinks about it really.

Yes, you did check out on me, I am still "learning in" the bike for now, it was nice to get up to 90 trying to catch you, but fast on the freeway aint what I am after. Did you catch GB's rain as well?

Could do that. Not much of a ride though, was thinking of maybe something longer. Or maybe I'll save that for sunday. Possibilities abound.

I am not fast, GB can attest to that, he should have passed me on Military Road. maybe your bike just looks slow from the rear?

When I dropped back I was giving us more "spacing" as is customary when riding quickly....then you slowed down again....

No worries, I think this is just evidence we should never ride together again

No, I do ride slowly. I learned this when I went out with Gravy one time. Well, maybe it looks slow too, I have no idea.

Slow
Fast

Who fuckin' cares. Have fun.

Streeter will wait for me at the intersections, I'll wait for someone else, etc.

We'll all have a good time at the burger joint recalling our rides. Our own rides.

On a much more tragic note, I seem to have missed the window for signing up for Team Lyle. I sent in a e-mail to see if it’s really too late or if I can sneak in. We’ll see…
