Riding season is near - saw my first bike on the freeway today

Dude on a muscle cruiser of some sort with the skull facemask thing - he looked very cool! No like literally cool, like freezing even.

Daggy (the new BMW club Pres) actually asked me to write something for the BMW newsletter. One of the problems I have with writing is my inability to type, hunting and pecking gets old after a time. there, that's inspiring isn't it?

On another note, my heroic deeds have included much work on the GS as always. The BMW sadists who designed the front fairing/cowl on that bike make it nearly impossible to do anything without taking it completely apart. replacing the bulb on the speedo took two days....

All Bearings have been replaced and the Freeze/Heat Measure/Shim operation will commence soon.

Did I mention the damn fork seals again?

TKC-80's are planned for the KLR250, fun with tubes!

What you all got?

Prop, why don't you take the wiring harness apart again for the fun of it?

I'm not messing with the wiring harness, because this time I'm messing with a fuel cell. I got the performance camshafts into the Bonneville, and the motor still works. Did I mention that I dropped a screwdriver bit down the oil feed tunnel into the crankcase?

Managed to get it out with a magnetic extractor tool thingy, luckily. That was about a month ago.

Anyhoo, ordered various fittings today, and found a cheap duffel bag to hide the fuel cell in. Also put engine bars on the Bonnie, after swearing I would never, ever do that, which are supposedly going to be used for mounting extra lighting.

And the dealer says my new Tiger is on schedule.

Triumph released the accessory list and prices, and boy oh boy a second mortgage looks totally feasible right now.

And I am about to add a GPS harness to the Bonnie as well.

So that's nice.

Watcha writing an article about? Huh? Huh? And when is Daggy going to do his camping seminar? I want to learn to be more interesting.

And what's this about fork seals? You're not using "leakproof" brand ones I hope? In case anyone doesn't know about them, they're shit.
