On the bright side, it appears that my contact cleaning and dielectric grease application on the GPS mount has re-established power to said device, which makes it infinitely more useful.

New rear tire coming tomorrow.

Might just have to ride somewhere this weekend.

It was an RT of some sort. Not sure about the year/displacement.

It'll prolly be OK. I really need to do a complete reinstall of everything on my PC, so I think I'll update it all once I do that.
When you update the map be sure to check "advanced options" then you will get a dialog box that says load to both "PC and device"

But I agree the most painful software out there.

I thought you already dealt with that? Offer is still open to help with the install. As it happens, I may be doing the front tomorrow.

Ah - thank you. Now that you mention that a dim and distant memory awakens and I vaguely remember that. I was able to get it to install on two pooters too, hoping to achieve that this time as well.

That photo Kly posted is quite beautiful.

Garmin GPSr

Just killed my main GPSr last weekend. Updated the software and loaded a bunch of geocaches and now it will not start up. Glad I have a couple more old ones for backups.

Gunsmith?

I need a safety on a shotgun switched from left to right. Any gunsmith recommendations on the east side of town?
