I used to think it was cool, these days I am not so sure. Is it cool and clever? Or just stupid. Don't know. Maybe it's just a matter of opinion.

Maybe it's cool when it's done and not bragged about. That's probably true. No different to anything else in that way perhaps?

I was riding in January and february in one year when I first got my KLR, but I realised that I was only doing it to try and show off, and that no one really gives a crap. So now I only go out if I think it will be fun or enjoyable and just leave it at that. Once the temperature gets below about 15 or so my heated gear has difficulty keeping up, so then it's not fun. I could layer up more, but basically, fuck it.

I've crashed bikes on ice and snow too, so there's that aspect to consider as well.

I've crashed a truck on it quite spectacularly also.

TLDR

I won't touch the beer until we're done. I'm cool with it either way.

Riding in salty slush makes a rig look old very quickly.

It is a very arty farty movie with a dingy garage. It was more about the idea for me than anything. March almost here makes be long for April.

Just a reminder that Saturday, February 23rd is the official World Sword Swallower Day.

OK

Will you be competing in the 6"-8" section again this year?

These are dark times indeed, when no one responds to a perfectly good knob joke.

Thought about replying with an either 'no but your sister' or 'no but your mother' joke but decided not to go down that road.

On another note, did anyone else get hit on the way to work this morning? A nice young lady decided to scuff up my rear bumper pretty good this morning.

Drive safe on the way home...
