Harley-girl mystery

I think this picture was taken in Finland, maybe late 1920`s or early 30`s. First register plates came 1922 when all vehicles and bicycles were registered regionally. First register plates were white backround and black handwritten letters and numbers. This Harley was from Vaasa lääni(region) VA-132. It might be possible to find out who was the owner because old registration archives still are in the regions museum. Harleys were popular those days because they were strong and reliable especially with sidecar. Nice girl anyway!
