It’s an old race car, probably a sprint car. Has an early Ford rear axle & spring. Possibly 1928-1931 Model A. Maybe an even earlier Model T axle & spring.

Can’t find another pic of that particular car, there were many with various versions of the Gilmore logos on the side.
