Tonight was just the start of making up for the last six years.

It was nice to see that smug grin of Tubberville wiped off.

The Gators better be ready. They have yet to meet the like of Mount Cody.

Good game Tide. But they still suck. Even if they win the BCS

yeah I can understand you Tide fans frustration for the last six years. Auburn fans lived it throughout the 70's

My favorite pic was after Pat Dye's Tigers whomped Bama in '82 It was so bad Bryant died a few months later

Lots of people got cars broken into for sure. Auburn used to play Tennessee there until about 74 or 75. Most all the cars with Tennessee stickers on them were broken into during one game in the yard we were parked in. Thankfully we had an Auburn sticker on the Oldsmobile

There was a little secret to parking at Legion Field...happily pay the $20 to park behind someone's little hamlet in the cove and drop 'em some tip beers (or shots) to sweeten the deal. We pulled in with some others one day and only 2 cars paid to park (we paid). The other folks, a good 10 cars, more or less told the natives to fuck off...since it's public housing, it's public parking. We got back to the car to find 2 horses standing near it. The mounties were writing up reports for the other cars for broken windows and stolen everything. Our car and the other paid car held up just fine

The ignominy of bitterness is a terrible thing to see.
