Just another day of fun yesterday.

Many thanks to inmate skychs who discussed the sport with me over various months and joined me on my first go at this.
I particularly liked the tip on how to breathe.

I met these guys in harrisonburg for a ride today (nick650 and slip210).

The plan was to ride up 2nd mountain and then out long run road.

We rode out hall springs rd to rt 33, then down to the shooting range in brandy wine....

This got me thinking. There are a lot of good dirt roads linking branywine shooting range to the one at augusta springs, and then to the one off of rt 39 west of goshen. We have ride to brews, ride to eats, and now a ride to shoot. Let me map it and see how far it would be...

Sorry I missed out on the ride. I was in the woods in Highland today, I thought I might hear you guys buzz by.

Bet SLiP was loving his new suspension.

I'll be hunting friday morning and all day saturday. I got a spike last friday with the muzzleloader.

Slip was digging the new suspension, he even said so.

Nick was wishing he had it.

I mapped out the three shooting range ride and it's over 5 hours without the return trip. I'm not sure where the range is in bath county but it's somewhere around the "T" on this map.

edit, for some reason "s" and "t" are cut off of this map but go west on 39 a little ways and turn north on dry run road, the range is around bath alum road somewhere.

Map looks good there Dean. Wish I had some time off so I could join in. Maybe in December?
