I don't see it as bragging. I've met only a few people like her in my life, and at that point they're like race-horses... they just do things like that naturally during warm ups.

Almost seemed like there was some song she was hearing for a bit there, maybe over the intercom system, and part of it was definitely pre-race jitters any athlete has experienced (like in wiggling her fingers). The camera really wasn't on the others, but on approaching the race-line it was apparent some of them were pretty active, too.
