Mick Doohan (5 time 500cc GP World Champion) used a hand operated rear brake due to restricted use of his right foot....but this guy here takes the cake!

I wonder of the guy in this vid has some type of auto-clutch to make things more manageable? Hats off to him.

That' obviously the only way and the throttle is also on the left side. But I was more thinking of when he does hit the brakes. I can slow down with one hand on the handlebar but if I had to hit the brakes hard there's no way I could go strait.

He’s clearly an excellent rider who does more then most people do with all their limbs, I'm very impress
