Need Help Changing Fork Springs in Tuscaloosa

Is there anyone within 2 hours of Tuscaloosa AL that has the know-how & tools to swap out my fork springs? I just moved here and I don't have the tools for this, don't know anyone else with a bike yet and the local shops seem to be on crack (they want $350 with me supplying the springs).

I'll bring the bike, springs & fork oil to you and buy you a beer or two with dinner. Bike is a 2004 Suzuki SV650s.

You can PM me if you like. Thanks in advance for any help or consideration.

$350 is insane even if you are not supplying the springs. Swapping out fork springs is a fairly easy job. Call Shane at Primitive Cycle 242-5537. It is a very small one man garage outfit near downtown Tuscaloosa but he is very knowledgeable and honest.

I'm up in the Decatur/Priceville area.....and have done the fork springs and Race-Tech Emulators on SV's before. If you have any trouble finding local help maybe we could get something set-up.
