Let's just say I took the faaaaaaar right line

Last summer I rode my Kubota all the way through "The Glore." My brother-in-law's truck was stuck in the mudhole at the north end and we couldn't pull it forward. Had to ride all the way around and pull it from behind.

Awesome!!! If you came the long way on Glore Rd, you must have had quite a mudfest! I saw a Jeep last year, mired up to the fenders in the big mudhole. It sat there for more than a month before anyone got it out.

Naaaaah, I did have a mudfest yesterday, but not so much on the Glore. I came in from the short side.

I would go after it this weekend, but it looks like a Highland Park adventure is gonna happen Saturday. If I survive that, and the tag's still there next week, and....um...

...yeah, maybe DD ought to rescue it. What about Brownie 2, isn't he in that neck of the woods?

^^^^^^^ And DD, its so warm you won't even have to use those Hippo Hands. But then you just may need to wear out that front brake with the notorious 'hippo hand drag'.

Speakin of front brake......should I tell the story of yesterday? Over the last couple weeks I've been rectifying several months of neglect on a certain KLR. On the list was brake fluid flush, which I did....but, spilled that DOT4 all over the front rotor and caliper and made a mental note to clean that disc and pads up later. My mental note department failed to follow through and yesterday afternoon I just about lost it at the cul de sac at the end of our street. Brakes performed comparably to a 1966 Bonneville I tell you.

Could one have a military engagement with a female on this road?

That would be a good start, but then you'd have to keep on riding after that road ends. If you were trying to ride your bike to NC, SC and GA all at the same time, you'd end up here (but disappointed).

Headin' to that country 2up right now, so if you see us, flag us down and we'll lead you there.

I almost went to get it yesterday on the way back from Westminister on the FJR. But then I don't have the time to place the new tag where I want to.

By the way it was 74 degrees yesterday and there were a ton of bikes out in SC. Only saw one guy with a helmet on an old Honda CB with a metalic flake blue helmet and a bubble shield.

I'd like to go after it.
I've not looked around here much lately. I've been working 6 day weeks for the last 10. I've also been busy scrounging firewood. Good news is that I have 10 days to take off before May!
I haven't touched the bike since November. It's about time to dust it off.

I can't believe nobody's snagged this yet. Maybe I'll head up there Sunday afternoon.

Yeah, I'm wanting to move it around some, too. I just realized my primary riding area (east side of Rabun County) has almost no Tags in it. I plan to fill in that big hole, so ya'll might as well get used to the area.
