A few pics of the two DRZEs I have had and currently own. The 01 had CR250 forks and a full Yosh, the 02 is farkled pretty good, engine basically stock. Previous owner of 02 screwed up the FCR so bad I could never get it to run right, so I bought and FCR 39MX and it bolted right on using S model throttle cables. The green KLX is a friends. Great bikes and tons of indestructable fun!

[QUOTE=Fireman1000]Did you just put the SM rotor in the S wheels, or did you change calipers?[/QUOTE

Inverted forks...I would say SM converted to dirt?

Yeah. I was wondering about the rotor. The s comes with a 300 mm rotor and the SM has a 320mm I think.

Yup. SM has a 320mm rotor up front. and the rear rotor is also bigger than the S. Inverted forks and RMZ swingarm.

I like your idea. What did you do about the side cover, leave it as it was, or did you manage to modify it in any way?

It still dirty from when i took a digger 6 weeks ago.. but it's finally time to get back on her this weekend .. woo hoo

now to figure out why after the wipeout, when i pull the clutch in the bike starts (starter engages when i shift). Took it apart and got the sand out and reset the little v-clip that goes to the starter button.. funny it wasn't a spring.
