One vote for Ozello road on the Nature Coast of Florida....that's right Florida....esp Dec thru March....

Riding on the beaches of the east coast of Florida provides alot of scenic curves as well.... (and some not so scenic... )

Can't say what the 10 best are, but take Deal's Gap off that list. Loved Cherohala, but not Deal's Gap.

I second those who nominated 33 in WV - hilarious fun that more than made up for bailing like a wuss on the Shenandoah 500 after Sunday lunch. Isn't that the one they call the Baby Dragon?

Whoever said California 198 Generals Hwy is a sadist.

Glad someone mentioned Lolo Pass.

Arkansas does suck, nothing to see there. I go back 3 times a year just to remember how bad it sucks

While on the CDR in '07 we found NM Hwy 152 by accident. We had bailed east to I-25 and Truth or Consequences due to mud. Took 152 back to Silver City to catch the CDR route.

------ My short list -----------
California:
-Piuma
-Schueren
-Stunt road
-Saddle Peak
-Tuna Canyon -- a one way barrel of monkeys!
-Las Flores
-Latigo Canyon
-Decker Canyon
-Deer Creek / Sycamore Canyon road -- on a supermotard
-Mulholland Highway

-Glendora Mountain / Ridge roads
-Baldy road
-Highway 243 from Banning to Idyllwild, then down the 74 to Indian Wells
-Highway 138 through Crestline, then down Rim of the World highway

-Avoid Angeles Crest Highway like the plague! Far too many stupid drivers and squids on sportbikes.

Pretty much any road near a national park in Utah

The mere thought of Hwy 12 in Utah nearly makes me weep with joy.

I agree, Cherohala is much better than Deal's Gap. A dirt favorite is the loop road around Linville Gorge in NC. My quick homey ride favorite is Bear Creek Canyon road up to Squaw Pass road at Evergreen and on up to the top of Mt. Evans at 14,000+.
