It doesn't fucking matter.

In under 5 minutes a sloth can swap out the barrel, extractor, ejector and firing pin on just about any modern automatic pistol made today.

They collect OBSOLETE data and waste your tax money.

This is exactly why NM didn't keep them. Your ID on sale and the S# on the weapon is all they wanted...

Oh and if your weapon has a filed S# you have bigger issues than your casings...

Didn't you hear about 2012??

I paid $450 for the sub with three brand new 33 round Glock mags and some extras. I really wanted it (so I didn't mind) and it was really difficult to find one. I think the foldability is great, especially for some backcountry plinking.

All in all, very impressed with ergonomics and that it came with tritium sights too.

CZ SP-01 and the target from the first mag I fired thru it @ 10 yds:

Yeah, big target but it's all I had on hand.
Nice.
I trust it also handled very well. Great balance on those.

So-
Gonna put my trusty Savage 22-250 up for sale, downsizing , thinking of going to a .223 for shooting costs (like the pulling-the-trigger-part).
Placed here for memorial rites-

Harris 12" bipod, Pine ridge (cabelas) 18x40 "tactical" scope (not bad for the price)

three, 3 shot groups (some scope adjustments) , the 5 shot group was the last

That's either an older rifle (pre-stainless action) or a model I don't know about.

I have a stainless action Model 12 in .223. I love it.

Some revolvers but very expensive.
Local pawn shops are a better deal IMHO.
Prices are on an upswing, get'em while you can is my advice.
I've been going to local gun shows for more than 20 years. I can't recall the last time I could find good deals at these shows, but my guess is that it's been a decade or more. Show prices are typically no better than store prices, and in some cases they're even higher! The only stuff I buy there anymore is reloading supplies in bulk quanitites that I can't find in gun stores. Everything else is just a rip-off.

+1, that has been my experience as well. I cannot recall ever having purchased a gun at a gun-show, have bought all of mine either from shops or private parties. I go to shows just to see the sights, and sometimes I'll pick up some ammo, supplies, magazines (clips, not periodicals), or parts.

That said, I did see two really nice S&W revolvers at a gun-show last fall that were priced reasonably well and I was sorely tempted. I didn't end up buying them, but am now wishing I had.

If I would have known what revolvers were going to start commanding price wise now two years ago at the gun show, I would be gun and money rich right now!!! Shoot, pennies on the dollar two years ago from what they are easily selling for now!!
