Thanks Sniper! I will keep looking. The P22 is nice, but costs quite a bit more than the Mark III Rugers.

I just picked up a Beretta Tomcat .32. I recently renewed my CCW permit and the Instructor had one he showed me. I love the compactness of it.
I also added the Crimson Trace grips.

Treu, but a supressor for it costs less and is very effective. You can get into a P22 with supressor for about $900.00 after all the tax stamp, payola to the local LEO, FBI check, and costs of the gun and supressor are covered.

Make sure you put that red dot on the center of someones neck to be able to put them down with a .32.....if you ever have to. And don't eve try to shoot thru a thick leather jacket and put a guy down especially if he is on drugs.

I talked to the shop where I placed the order, Glock magazines aren't expected in for at least another two months, even longer for the Kel-Tec since there's a bunch of orders in front of me.

So I cancelled the order, and 1/2 an hour later I bought the Kel-Tec and magazines off of gunbroker.

I now have everything I've wanted off my the basic need-this-gun list, now I'm moving on to the dream list, starting with suppressed .22lr.

I hear the ATF wait for suppressor tax stamps is running 2-3 months.

AmmoWatch2009 update: The shortage is getting worse, not better, prices keep rising.

Northern Utah: Shotgun shells in hunting sizes are now plentiful, along with high end rifle hunting ammo, but everything else is scarce, particularly bulk and self-defense rounds in any caliber.

Well....I am going for strictly ocular shots. If they have to close their eye because there is a red beam in it........ I shoot. It's a soft entry.

Recently bought this Ruger Mk III target model as well and really enjoy shooting it.

Think I paid $230 out the door for it new. Put a set of grips and an ultra dot on it. It is becoming one of my favorite guns.

I just installed a Crimson Trace Grip on my Glock 27 and another on my Mom's Glock 26. Pretty nifty little devices these CTC's are.
