One thing I will say about stainless guns (hate them) is they seem to go forever without needing cleaning. Dang, I shot my Stainless SA 1911 about 400 rounds and when I looked at it after taking it down to clean it I just put it back together after a tiny shot of RemOil.

I can see that but was just fucking around. I used to dunk my stainless Old Army in mud puddles after a day of blastage.. for to counteract the BP badness before I could do it up right. Iíd win many money bets at 100yds against deer rifles with that thing. Anyway.

I didn't like the blade shape but it is growing on me, it fits in a pocket very well, better than almost any other knife I have! so low and out of the way. My Ken Onion which is 1/3 the size and much lighter feels much bigger in my pocket than this thing. Weird?!?!
Anyway it is a sharp workhorse, was looking at it to see if it would make a good emergency bag backup/chore knife

BTW I have always thought that the razor blade shape is great for utility use. For daily stuff around the office, opening boxes, slicing chords and such, it can't be beat. And I love being able to get a knife that self sharpens since that technology has come a long way. The only bitch about the Kershaw one is it is a friggin slip joint, which with a knife that sharp, is going to lead to some missing finger parts.....only reason I didn't buy one of the Kershaw versions.

thanks!

Kevin

I've been watching the knife thread for a while, and I think by now you must have 57 "good emergency bag backup/chore knives".

How many fucking chores can you possibly have?

I was shooting it yesterday and when I ran out of ammo, the barrel was too hot to put in the gun rug. I have 4 mags for that little beast and I loves me some double tap practice!

Midway's got'm on sale for $19.95. If you get one, better order a bunch of bricks to go with it. It is addicting!

what!

it took a long time to get that many blades to store in a box
but it is fun and makes me happy to go in and pick a different one when I want to.

Maybe I should start a support group, knife addicts it cuts deep!
