I keep saying the next build will be a SBR. I guess I should get that started. I hear that it's anywhere from 6 months to a year to get the stamp right now.

Anywho, before.......

and after, much lighter.
It is almost exactly 6 months to the day. My stamp was cut two days before the 6 month mark.

I think they just sit on them for 5 months and 28 days.

That's depressing. I guess it is what it is.

I just learned a lesson in patience. I dropped off my CHP application on Feb 1st. Finally got my card after 18 weeks.

Ahhh, the good old M59 S&W. A much-maligned (maybe deservedly in some cases) pistol. The one I have, however is the only semi-auto firearm I have ever owned that has never malfunctioned, not once...

I've had mine for 40 years now. My father bought it for me before I went overseas. I have tried a lot of different loads in it so I have had a few jams over the years trying to find the perfect combination. My preferred load now is a 125 gr cast round nose bullet over 5.0 grains of Unique. This load never jams and it groups 1-inch pretty consistently at 50 feet. I've probably sent 10,000 rounds down range in that handgun. It's never had any work done to it, and I don't clean it too often. It is one of my all time favorites.

When the zombies arrive, I'll be ready.

If you are threatened to a point that you can justify a warning shot, then deadly force is justified too, why waste a bullet anyways?

sent from my abacus.

Here is 2 of my favourites, BLR takedown in 308 with leupold scout scope and tikka t3 lite in 9.3x62 with a VX2 1-4x20, I have plenty of others but these are the most used and most practical

Yup. Here's someone who understands how to install scopes that are more than adequate to handle the business at hand. My .375 H&H wears a Leupold 1.5-5X, and that's all it needs, not some Austrian monster POS that will never be used for something it's not needed for.
