Thanks mang. Its not that bad by itself. Add the auxillary barrel, and 1,000 rounds of ammo along with your bulletproof vest, kevlar helmet and deuce gear and that weapon system gets heavy as shit. Keeping up with the M-16 shooting riflemen on the attack gets challenging.

I put that stock on my 870 and its nice.
Thanks

I see two at that site, the stock on sniper's looks to run straight back more AR like. Which of the two at wilson do you have? I am trying to make the firing position similar between weapons.

That is exactly why I did the AR stock and mount on mine...it feels just like an AR. Well except for the more pushy recoil of the 870.....

When I was a young cop just starting out, needed a shot-gun (dept. didn't provide) and as I started at a bit over $19,000 (six years ago) I couldn't afford alot.

I bought the Mossberg 500A (Marine, I was familiar with it as we had 'em at the armory and I used 'em a time or two) based on cost and familiarity.

Now, the bloody thing is LOOOONNNNGGGG! To the point where firing from the shoulder and racking in a round is a lot of effort (I am six foot even).

I'd like to get an AR style stock for it. One that fits, and looks (lets face it, it matters) like it might actually have come that way from the factory.

I have also heard of guys using kids sized stocks (plastic?) to shorten the reach.

Anyone know of a good company (not to expensive) and model?

Thanks in advance.

The 12 ga. and the Kimber just go together so well....
