Crap! I went down to look at it, and now I'm not sure if that's one I can even sell right now. I have a model 60, and a model 72c(?) in the safe. One of them was mine from when I was a kid, the other is a friend of my dad's who always kept all his guns in my dads safe. He asked me to do the same, and said eventually, I can have them all as well. He's only came over and got one out one time in three years to go shooting, but he wants to keep them.
I guess I'll just sell the cricket(not a decent enough gun to hold on to for sentimental reasons) and add that 10/22 as well.

The handguns fell into the novelty category, for sure. Even out of the carbine the "effectiveness" of the round was questionable.

What? No... The table presented in the link you quoted says more like 50 FPS. I think you're mistaken and the table is more correct.

Went down to one of the local gun shop ... was surprised at how well made and handy these seem to be. I've been interested for a few months, but this is the first time that I have seen one in the "flesh":

You could probably walk down any street in America with that in hand. Looks more like a WeedWhacker than a shootin' iron.

I sell non slip , grip tape in the boat store.
It is more plastic , not like sand glued to paper.
I only remember one wildlife and fisheries guy specifying what he was using it for.
Actually, he said it was for the trigger.

Just back from Prudhoe Bay, IMO it was really worth the trip, AK is a beautiful place & you need lots of time to take it all in. I'm looking forward to returning & exploring some places i didn't have time to ride.RIP Ron Melton

It's not supposed to be too bad in the original design.

I wonder what the accuracy is like on the civilian long barrel version.

I hear it is pretty good, it is a 16.5in barrel isn't it? has to be or it's a SBR.

I like bull-pups in concept, but the one pictured above just looks ridiculous - like some kid created it from an illustration he'd seen in a comic book. From a functional standpoint, the grip felt very awkward to me. It needs to be a lot more vertical to fit the human hand, not angled at 20 degrees.

Yeah I never understood that, it wouldn't change the OA dimensions much.

At the very least they could keep the angle of the grips, make them straight instead of curved and change the angle of the trigger to fit that.
