Sean, enjoy the time you have to work on the XRR while your healing up. I built up my newest XRR while I was dealing with another injury (not bike related...that really sucked). Typically, I always prefered to ride the XRR rather than work on the bike. But, when you can't ride due to injury. You really have the time to do things right. That would never happen if you could go riding. Or, it would at least take twice as long to get something done.

Yes it is good to be injured but not so bad i cant do nothing ...... i will play with my rack some more tomorrow and get it settled a bit better ..... the object is to have my bags sit over my seat and then strap to the bars at the bottom to keep them tight to the bike , i could do this without a rack but would need to cut holes in my side covers to tie them of o the frame ... this way i can drp 4 bolts and the bars come off and the rear rack stays put .... good for day trips as i hate backpacks .. it gets to hot here and you sweat hard with a jacket on and a backpack ...........

Im getting some new second hand springs from a mate to beef up my suspension a bit more so that will be nxt .... nice and cheap till i can afford Nick from Teknic to revalve and set me up

I am happy with the way the bike is starting to look and has my personal stamp on it .... i believe every bike is and extension of the owners personality ... so to have a bike the same as many others .. there all very different in there own way ... i like that

i hace a carbie mod to do tomorrow and fit my brake snake , so more fun tinkering with my bike ......

im looking forward to testing the Kush Rear sprocket i got for the rear wheel .. that will be interesting

Sean, how hard is it to ride the loaded XRR with your Ned Kelly armour on? I love that story by the way.

I'm healed The Doc asked if I wanted tharapy, told him I got it covered. The day after the cast was removed I took a 700mi trip on the ZRX, the hand hurt like hell! As soon as the brace was off I rode the San Juans in Colorado on the KTM, the hand still hurt like hell! I just got back from 4 days in Moab on the XR. The hand doesn't hurt anymore.

Nice try, but...I call bullshit on the 3 GS's... With that kind of grammer and lack of intellectual organization. I don't think you make enough money to buy one GS, let alone three.

Believe what you like. I dont need to prove anything to you. You are nobody to me. I could care less about you, your opinions or anything else that comes from your mouth, for that matter. And exactly who do you think you are to have the right to pass judgement on ANYONE!!?? You're a Nobody, just like the rest of us. Get over yourself man.

I like it. It's very tidy. I will be attempting something like Sean-0, because I already have the borrego rack as well. I was thinking about throwing some passenger pegs on while I'm at it.

Jungle,

that's a super neat thing that, I must say I'm impressed with the shape & finishings.
That steel one's also not bad.
