Kidnapped again?

Hey, Red, you molesting that duck again? Taking naked baths with her? Sleeping with her?

You are supposed to place another tag. Preferably without conspiring with StBob!

Don't forget the 48 hour rule. No tag drop in 48 hours, you surrender the tag back to the master.

Thanks for reminding me and the rest of the readers. In contrast to the NY Dirt thread, which is just the Catskills, the NY Metro Dirt TOR included any dirt in NY, NJ, Conn., and Pa., that is within 160 miles of the Empire State Building.

Hopefully, Red will start the trend by taking the duck to Pa. when he goes to the Polar Bear today in Cornucopia. At least that's what I'm guessing. Hope he remembers to get the GPS coordinates!

The best Part!!!!

On this TOR game, you don't have to worry about being Bruced by some crazed technophile with his laptop accessorized, satellite accessed, uploading traveling geek station out there in the woods. You can travel light!

On this TOR game, there's a MASCOT!!!

This means you get there first, and you get the mascot, you have the tag! You can take your time going home to upload the proof. You don't have to do remote uploading. You don't have to worry about being Bruced, after you got to the tag, by some computer geek! Cool, huh?

New Tag!

Sorry for the delay Was planning on dropping duck on O.C.F.Riders ride today....but the legallity of the places was questionable, plus they were pretty deep into the woods (not big bike friendly).
Here's the money shot

The duck is behind the twin tree with a rock behind it
She's nesting under some leaves right here.

This is where I went in

This is right across the street from the entrance

You will pass this trash on the way

Then this rock, which was going to be the tag but there was a bunch of kids hanging around & they would have for sure taken the duck

Then there will be this intersection. Head down the trail I'm coming up and the duck is a little ways down here.

Have Fun

p.s. as far as legal goes???? When I was taking pictures at the entrance a cop rode by & didn't even give a second look

Chris has made it clear that there is nothing legal about the rides around his neck of the woods. Glad you didn't drop it up there. Take your time. Just treat the duck nicely!

Except for the "sand-highways" of the S.J. TOR, there ain't NO legal dirt ANYWHERE in this shit-hole of a state. It's not just up here by me.
I guar-an-damn-tee you that where the little ducky is pooping by the tree................................IT AIN'T LEGAL! The cop was probably on his way to get fresh doughnutz, so couldn't be bothered harshing on a dirt bike rider.

Ride On!
Chris

Your probably right I just figured this was a little easier to get to

Also not to confuse anyone, the pix of the "Entrance", "Trash", & "Intersection" were taken on my way out. You will be facing the other way
The "TAG" is a pretty big ROCK formation...you can't miss it

Went out last night on a stealth mission. I found Maple Ave, and headed up the mountain, found the garbage pile, found the graffiti, found the big rock, but I could not find the double tree in the dark.

I guess I should have loaded the GPS coordinates. There were several sets of fresh knobbie tracks. I rode around for a while but still no duck

Really, we need more easily identfiable landmarks for the duck drop. I'll see if I can find the duck this afternoon, but the tag is yours Shawn. Next time, try the light of day! I hear there is a mountain lion up there!

Neat road!!!

Hiding behind Lake Hopatcong.... Think it's called the Oregon Trail...

A little rocky for the big bike. Guess I should have let out a little air in the tires.

It was fun on the GS, although I had to ride with care.

Did you find our little friend?

I can't believe you did that road on your GS, right after cracking the case just a week ago! You are crazy! It was fairly technical for a big bike.

RedPower was pretty diabolical about the hiding spot. There where 357 rock outcroppings, and 475 twin trees along that route. No wonder you couldn't find the duck in the dark. Again, you're crazy!

But yes, I have the duck:

I'll send you a PM where you can go and pick it up. Not far from the Dunkin Donuts we stopped at for a break on our hill climb ride.

Sorry Shawn. I did post the coordinates. I was not trying to be diabolical...I wanted to put it at the graffitti rock but @ the corner there was about 15 kids & a half dozen quads there on Sunday. When I stopped to take pictures of it...I could here the kids saying "what's he doin?" for sure they would have taken the duck

So I continued down the trail to the intersection with mud, a jump and this rock (it was on the right) then you went down that trail behind the rock to the duck
RedPower
Then there will be this intersection. Head down the trail I'm coming up and the duck is a little ways down here.

Doc did you really find it or is it the imposter
