I was going to drop the duck on a mixed surface ride Saturday, but didn't want to have it unavailable until then. And the area it was in is pretty nice (btw, Uhlerstown Hill Rd. is open- one way going uphill). So...... here you go

Find this

Cross here-- I assume a GS can fit

Stay to the left after you cross the bridge

Go up the road

To where it "T"s at this rock

At the base of the rock, under several branches, is a piece of tree bark with the duck under it

Coupla things:

There were no deer around- I guess because there was a Wildcat on the Road.

Having said that-- using the number from the first picture in Google Maps will not put you where you need to be- right road, wrong location. So if you do that, you might be Roaring your frustration instead of riding on the correct road.

There looks to be a way to get to the duck without crossing the bridge. You'll see it on the left side of the road before you get to 195
And if people are in the red cottage, that's what you'd be wise to do.

Have fun.

GPS route

Need GPS coordinates. You have obsfucated the clues too much for this old man. I want to ride, not mess with the computer. My quick search puts me in the middle of Pa!

There's only one Wildcat Road in Pa. and it's in Buck's County.

I don't have the GPS coordinates, but this should make the clues clear in retrospect. X marks the approximate spot where the duck is.

Nope, there is also a Wildcat road in Tamaqua, PA

I need GPS coordinates. You can get them off of Google Earth!

Thanks! Now you're talking! But I'm still worried about going across that bridge with the GS. I'm pretty sure the cylinders will get stuck!

There is the (probable) alternate shortly before the house. Just keep looking left (for the gate).

Nice KL_ARRR.
Now there's no need for me to get up early tomorrow,
I had some plans to move it a bit; next time.

Nice night grab, Simon, but don't forget the bike picture. Only "switchers" and duck thieves are allowed to use cars/pickup trucks!

First find the Rio Reservior, and then find this road

Find this big rock on the west side of the trail

Happy Hunting!
