Anybody tried Dale's bars? I have the Daytona's on my 1250 but they still aren't that comfortable.

Those look like the buckhorn bars that came stock on my old GS850. I haven't tried these bars but I did use some 1"up 1"back risers for a bit. I found that the sitting angle did not match well with the somewhat forward angle of the seat. This caused more pressure on my tail bone and some uncomfortable leg and dick numbing. This was on a 1st generation Bandit with the suzuki gel seat. I have since returned to a lower bar setup for my everyday commuting needs.

I'm 6', on a '02 1200S w/ stock seat & stock bars. I was having problems with a pinched nerve in the base of my neck on longer rides, so added Holeshots bar risers, seems to help a bit. Posture is still a little bit leaned forward but some pressure off the neck- seems to help but I still have to let my head nod down a bit to avoid irritating the nerve.

This is exactly what I did too. People ask me what size the bike is now.

I went through the same exact thing except I have a 2008 1250 with a Sargent seat.

I have the Holeshot / Corbin seat. Way better than the slide you into the tank stock seat.

I have been thinking about it but the price is kind of steep. Do any long rides on it?

I got a nearly new Sargent for my 1250 for only $195 on eBay a couple weeks ago. Keep an eye out. Wait until the last few seconds to bid - at all - and you can find a steal.

Naked conversion done. Decided to stick with the stock blinkers for now and I still need to swap out the horn once I make a bracket for my new freeway baster horn. SS lines still also in the future once funds allow.
