STP zddp pil additive...its very thick

I usually only use maybe a 1/3rd of the bottle every oil change...

its my fault really I put in one whole bottle for the new camshaft and rocker set and should of changed it after 50 miles or so...

Now the oil is 200miles old or so...and the clutch is slipping in 5th when giving it a lot of gas...

Ill change the oil a couple of times...see what happens...

if I do need the clucth Ill get the ebc kevlar set...with heavy duty springs...

well see!

cheers

nice pics btw

FYI...

Heavy duty springs may be well and good but they sure give your left hand a workout on the trails or single track.

Why does it say: do not use syntethic oil? And on the box, it doesn't say kevlar! http://www.ebay.com/itm/230820560178...fa3d32&vxp=mtr

Have CW set you up with a longer clutch actuator lever at the engine. He makes them for a reason.

I welded it when I was still rebuilding it and since I still havenīt rode her...
Still waiting on the cam chain and hopefully thursday will be the break in.

Iīll tell you then, but it used to work.

When I was younger and still riding smaller bikes, the extended clutch arm, the shims under the springs and gp shifting were usual mods.

well let us know man

I honestly think that a whole bottle of this stuff is what screwed me...that and leaving it in too long...

didnt do it before the cam swap and I more than doubled the amount I normally use...

my clutch was always smooth as heck and super easy to shift...yeah the clutch pull was a bit hard when singeltracking but that is because of the lever and or actuator arm...

wish I would of remembered about the arm extension before reinstalling the ricky stator...I was too eager to get her to start again and forgot

crap

now that I remember the springs already have washers on them, do you add a similar size washer/shim?
