Sounds good to me too. No idea what the internals are on mine but suspect its running a tad lean on part throttle - popping quite loudly every now and then on deceleration with the FMF exhaust.

Will try raising the needle and also verify the jetting while I'm at it.

For reference I'm running an FMF Powerbomb header with Powercore 4 can, Unifilter large-plenum intake, advanced spark timing CDI (3 to 5 degrees across the range) and stage one Hotcam (yes, I know the stories!).

Cheers all.

EDIT: Also, I know that oil coolers have been done to death here... but the picture floating around looks overly complicated. Is that the only way to do it or is there another path? I'm thinking of fitting something like this: link

The clutch Basket (3) has some free play in the center, it pivots a little bit. The outer guide (4) is in the exact service limit measure, so i'll replace it, but wanted to know If some play is normal.

All clutch basket springs but one, are loose. I Cant find those springs as a replacement part. Dont know exactly what to do.

Thanks in advance.

*excuse my basic english.
No one?

Some free play. (I dont know If thats the right term in english)

It pivots in the center. Not too much, but in the outer part of the clutch basket, its about 1 mm of movement.

Thanks.

wah wah wah. So after a few runs to work and back the popping on decel and stalling all but went away, but there is a hesitation/surge when I want to remain at a constant speed, pulled the plug today and it is really black. so now it's rich. clip position? I don't know.

The clip should be in the #3, center position. What main are you running?

You have the clip in a richer position. Move it up one. If the problem persists go to a 155 main.

Since they are a dry sump can't you just dump more oil into frame resi??? Too the over flow point?
