Let's see if we can bring this thread back to life. I went on a g-shock binge a couple of days ago, ordered three of them. I'd feel guilty, but the total cost was around $350, what the hell. I wish all my vices were this cheap.

They're pretty small. I have two. (we found the one that my toddler hid in the blender of all places...) I really like them though.

Yah that alcohol. It's had an agitated treatment a day for a week.

No more wrist rot.
The Casio 5600e is running just fine thank you.

Got pissed off at my G-shock over skin irritation from the band so I strapped it to the deck of my kayak back in April.

Well it spent the summer outside here in northern Wisconsin and yes it loves being outside.

Hasn't missed a beat.

I'll probably try to wear it again in a few weeks if it's OK with the kayak.

How about a 30 year old Seiko 6309 on a NATOStrapCo F71?

I have a year old 1st gen Sieko Ornage Monster. It's a brick of a watch I got for $209. Stays within 60 seconds but typically 15 seconds slow. I'm sold on Japanese watches. I'll keep the Rolex,Tag and other swiss stuff I have but I won't buy any more of them. They even corrected the one bitch I had with Gen II with a hacking movement. Next one will be an 1st gen Alpinist.

Really digging NSC. It's terrible what happened to Jay. His assault is detailed on WUS.

I've been on the fence for an 11. I kinda like ' em.

Bought this off of Amazon just the other day. A solar analog Pro Trek with altimeter, barometer, thermometer and compass.

That was the first non cheap ass watch I ever bought myself. I seem to remember it was about 1980. GREAT watch!

Got this Seiko as a beater last year. I think I paid around $150. I'm a bit rough on watches and this one has proved to be bomb proof. Ten seconds a month's not to bad ether.

I'll have to look for the report on Jay.

The 11 works for me. I don't fold the end. 7 1/2" wrist.

Terrible ATM attack. Broken bones and such. I hope they run into someone better prepared some day.

Yeah, I've told him I'd prefer longer straps but he's juggling the masses, like any small business.
