Welcome! And what a coincidence. I just bought that same bike (farkling underway) and I also have a GS. It's like we're family or something.

Drag it out to the RTE (Ride To Eat) this Friday at 11:30. Place to be decided, but I think it's Pad Thai ... wherever that is. LOL!

The ride above is still on...So far, Chuck is in and a very strong maybe from Mike B. Three bikes is fine but I just wanted to be sure that everyone knows that they are welcome to come along, ride with us, ride your own ride, etc... The leaves shouls be nice at higher elevations!

dljocky and i will be coming down from the Maryland panhandle area on gravel starting the 19th, might see you guys somewhere west of Harrisonburg on the 20th.

FYI -- Hardywood Brewery has food trucks rolling up Thursdays 6-9pm through the end of the month. They'll also host their birthday party 2-9pm Saturday Oct 27.

We only have 3 more days to vote for the finalist in the BMW Trophy Challenge. Polls close Friday 10/12. This is my last shameless plea for everyone to get the word out and vote for Andrew Lacy (myself) to go on to the South America Finals.

Hopefully I will know one way or another just in time for the party at BWDR this weekend. So either it will be a celebration or a commiseration ride for me.
