So I am celebrating getting my money back from Uncle Sam. More importantly I didn't owe him any of the allowance he gives me. Working for the Government gives me a weird perspective on taxes. I figure since they take 30% or more of the money they pay me, I don't have to feel bad if I goof off about the 30% of time at work. I paid for that time.

So with my money that I got back, I paid off my last credit card. I'm down to owing student loans and a motorcycle payment. Well there could be worse things to owe on. So to celebrate, I just ordered a 'stich. Boy does measuring for one of those make you feel overweight. And no it isn't going on a credit card.

Next paycheck or two I need to think about celebrating with some tires. I've decided I am going to really wear down the rear extra good. It barely has any tread on the center now. I figure when the middle 3 inches has no tread I'll replace it. The front I'm not too liberal with. I had a worn stock front on my ninja that decided to slide during a left turn onto Gaskins once. I am close to the wear bars now. I figure it will last as long as the rear.

Anyway, saw lots of bikes out today but I couldn't get out of work before 5:45 so I didn't get to enjoy the weather. Hope some of you did because it is supposed to be rain and then a chance of snow the next couple days.

Congrats on the Stich. I love mine, 36L fits like a glove and it saved my hide at 65

(had it repaired) I look sorta ridiculous wearing it/my arai on the scooter though

As for your tire situation, both are important. Do not risk it. I'll let the wise sages share their wisdom on this one

Nice lid. It'll match the katoom well. Guess it was cheaper than the other orange and black items you were looking at.

Just had another contractor come by, run a laser, and 'cess out the footer/foundation situation for the garage. Hope to get a quote back in a day or so.

Am going to have to shift an existing drive through gate over about 3-4 feet and will get that done as soon as this danged weather goes away.

I want to get started on this thing soooo bad, I can taste the sawdust.

I've been waiting on my sheet rock guy for over a month now.... snow got him backed up real bad.

What are you doing for the flooring? Epoxy?

Concrete, but after it cures and under roof, yes. I'll probably do an epoxy seal.

This, of course, was not a video of them at Ashland Coffee and Tea, but it was the only thing I could find from them on Youtube...
