From your experiences, which Bluetooth system is best? I want to be able to use my phone, get voice commands from my GPS and play music.

Thoughts?

I had the Cardo Scala Rider Q2 but now I have the G4 (same as Q2 but has stereo Bluetooth).

Both work very well. I have a Zumo 665 with XM radio that comes over bluetooth to my G4. My iPhone connects to the Zumo and I can receive and make calls. It's nice to have on long rides.

However, sometimes electronics get on my nerves and I turn it all off.

Yeah I ride to get away from it all. I don't need any of those stinking electronics getting in my way. Of course I have lots of voices in my head to keep me occupied.

Regarding the communications systems, after speaking with a few freinds and co-workers, the Scala G4 seems to be, by far, the favorite. Fortunatley with my job, when I am off, I am not needed or ever on call, but when you have two small children, you never have the luxury of "getting away from it all". Plus, I have been jamming my iPod for a while, wireless would be nice...

I wuz gonna come back last night, but since my sister & hubby,nephew and his wife, and my son-in-laws parents were going to be there late into the evening, I decided to stay the night and left around 4:00 a.m. to come back. Got back about 8:00 and said fook-kit; ain't going into work today and called in a personal day.

Took his first 6-7 steps without hanging on to something too. It was a really nice w/e.

Not that I needed it, but my GPS decided to take a $hit on the way up. Pi$$es me off. Guess we need to troubleshoot that sometime this week. Gonna need it up in VT in a couple of weeks.

In the grand scheme of things, I could get used to this.

I just viewed that video of Chad Reid crashing, DAMN! That was scary! I cannot imagine how he didn't suffer any injuries.

That's one cute grand kid!

I remember the first ones like it was yesterday. Now one's at "Mustang week" in Myrtle Beach and the other is in VA Beach for the week. Mom and dad are just sitting around the house getting older.......................or so they think.

BTW Guy I need your advice. Do you think I'll need my heated gear when I come to your garage warming party?
